Asking Chat about images
Attach a picture, ask a precise question and check the answer against the visible details in the original image.
Use an image in Chat when you want to discuss it alongside other questions. The video asks about a fictional event poster.
Attach and ask
- Open Add to chat beside the composer and choose Add image.
- Select a supported image from your device and wait for its attachment to appear.
- Ask a focused question, such as “What should visitors bring, and when is the event?”
- Send the message and read the answer.
- Compare dates, prices, names and other important details with the original image.
A clear, upright image makes small text easier to interpret. If details are unreadable, upload a clearer version or type the relevant text; do not assume the model can recover information that is not visible.
