Subscriptions, billing and account

Cancelling your subscription

Cancel an iOS subscription through Apple, an Android subscription through Google Play, or a web subscription through your GreenPT account.

Cancel through the provider you used to subscribe:

  • iOS purchase in the app: cancel through Apple.
  • Android purchase in the app: cancel through Google Play.
  • Web purchase: cancel through your GreenPT account.

Check your receipt if you are unsure who bills you. The purchase method determines where to cancel, even if you now use GreenPT on another device. A subscription bought on the web still uses web billing when you sign in on iOS or Android.

iOS: cancel through Apple

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad and tap your name.
  2. Open Subscriptions and select GreenPT.
  3. Tap Cancel Subscription and complete the confirmation.
  4. Check the expiry date or cancellation status shown by Apple.

If GreenPT is missing, check that you are using the Apple Account shown on your purchase receipt. See Apple’s cancellation instructions for other devices and troubleshooting. Apple-billed subscriptions must be cancelled through Apple; the GreenPT web billing page cannot cancel them.

Android: cancel through Google Play

  1. Open the Google Play Store using the Google Account that made the purchase.
  2. Tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptionsSubscriptions.
  3. Select GreenPT, tap Cancel subscription and follow the confirmation steps.
  4. Check the cancellation status and access end date in Google Play.

If GreenPT is missing, check your other Google Accounts. See Google Play’s cancellation instructions. Google Play-billed subscriptions must be cancelled through Google Play; the GreenPT web billing page cannot cancel them.

Web app: cancel through GreenPT

  1. Open Subscription for the correct GreenPT account.
  2. Choose the cancellation action for the active plan.
  3. Review any alternatives and continue to cancellation if that is what you want.
  4. Read the end date and confirm the cancellation.
  5. Check that the page shows the cancellation or scheduled end date.

After cancellation

Use the confirmed end date to determine remaining access. Export any work you need before a feature becomes unavailable. Deleting the mobile app does not cancel your subscription. Cancellation and account deletion are separate actions.

If cancellation fails, retain the error and contact support before the renewal date. For an organisation subscription, use its billing administrator. See Refund policy for payment questions.
