Uploading documents from your phone
Choose a document through your phone’s file picker and wait for it to attach before asking your question.
Open an attachment action in Chat or Doc Analyser and select a document from your phone’s file picker. Cloud files may need to download to the device before they can be uploaded.
Upload and ask
- Open Chat’s + menu and choose Add photos & files, or use Doc Analyser’s upload control.
- Select a supported file from Files or the document provider shown by your phone.
- Wait until the attachment finishes processing.
- Ask a question that identifies what you want from the document.
Troubleshoot a failed upload
Check your connection and the app’s format and size message. If a cloud file is unavailable, open it in its provider first or download a local copy. Do not assume every desktop format is accepted by every mobile workflow.
