Setting up notifications
Check device-level notification permissions and the options offered by your installed GreenPT app.
Notification behaviour depends on your installed app, its supported features and your device permissions. Enabling an operating-system permission does not create a notification feature that the app does not offer.
Check permissions
On iOS, open the device’s Settings and find GreenPT’s notification permissions. On Android, open Settings, find GreenPT under Apps and inspect Notifications. Menu names vary by operating-system version.
If GreenPT provides an in-app notification setting for the feature you need, check that setting too. Review lock-screen previews so sensitive content is not displayed where others can see it.
If an expected notification is missing
Check Focus or Do Not Disturb, battery restrictions and your connection. Update the app and confirm that it supports the notification you expect. For long-running work, return to the app to inspect the result rather than relying only on a notification.
Ask support about a specific feature, including your app and operating-system versions.
